Terms of sale
What you are agreeing to when you buy a shirt. Written to be read.
These terms apply to every order placed on https://bigbucks.net. They do not take away your rights under EU and Dutch consumer law — where the two differ, the law wins.
Who you are buying from
Haas & Reed B.V., Mantelmeeuwhof 15, 3582DN, Utrecht, Netherlands.
Registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK 68817940, VAT number NL857605197B01. Reach us at info@bigbucks.net.
What we sell
One t-shirt design per calendar month. Each design is available only during its month and is then retired permanently. We do not restock, reissue or reprint a retired design, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise that we will.
Every shirt is printed after you order it. Because of that, and because the garment is made from natural fibres, there is slight variation between individual shirts in the exact shade of the fabric and in the position of the print, usually within a centimetre. Screens also vary, so the colour you see may not be the colour that arrives.
Measurements are listed on the drop page. They are taken on the garment laid flat and carry a normal manufacturing tolerance.
Your order
Adding a shirt to your bag and paying is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — the month has closed, the size is unavailable, or we have made a pricing error — we will tell you and refund you in full.
We may refuse an order. If we do, you get your money back and we owe you nothing further.
Prices and VAT
Prices shown include VAT. For deliveries inside the European Union, VAT is charged at the rate of your delivery country, so the total may differ slightly from the headline price depending on where you are. Shipping costs are shown before you pay.
Payment
Payment is taken when you order, not when the shirt ships, because printing begins on the strength of your order. Payments are handled by Payment processor — to be completed. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within 5–10 working days to most destinations. That is an estimate, not a guarantee. If we have not delivered within 30 days of your order you may cancel and get a full refund.
Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us. Please check that address before you pay — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has left the printer.
Changing your mind
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract, for any reason, without giving one. Print-to-order does not remove that right: choosing a size from a fixed size run is not a custom or personalised good. Everything about how to do it is on returns, including the form.
If something is wrong with it
If a shirt arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right. You are entitled to a repair, a replacement, a reduction in price or a refund under Dutch consumer law, and that entitlement lasts well beyond the 14-day withdrawal period — as a rule, for as long as you could reasonably have expected the shirt to last.
Where a shirt is faulty or wrong, we pay the cost of returning it. Do not send anything back before contacting us; we will tell you how.
What we are not responsible for
We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses — these shirts are sold to consumers for personal use.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Complaints
Email info@bigbucks.net and describe the problem. We reply within one working day and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
If we cannot resolve it between us, you can take the matter to the competent court in Utrecht, the Netherlands. You may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of the country you live in.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, so changes never apply backwards.
Governing law
The law of the Netherlands applies. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
